Hub Assembly? Difference between front and rear!

Yo,

Im getting that lovely grinding and humming action from my front wheel bearing. I raised it and got plenty of play in both the left and right so Im going to replace both Hub assemblies in the front. Thats straight forward. While Im at it I have decided to work on the rear also. Does anybody know what the difference is between the front hub assembly and the rear because I cant seem to find a set of rear hub assemblies anywhere. Is the WJ set up so that you have to pull the axle and change the actual bearing? Anything I have come across on the internet has been labeled FRONT ONLY. I have yet to come across anything pertaining to the rear so Im beginning to wonder wether or not the Hub assembly is able to come off. I have not taken off the rear wheel yet to even see what lm dealing with.

The WJ is a 2004 Limited AWD 4.7...
