WK2 Asian Flu??
Just gave the rear window a spray and a single jet of a mucus type liquid shot out!! The washer bottle is still half full. Ran the pump for about 5 seconds that seems to have cleared it out and the jet became a mist again. The "mucus" is clear and odourles. The only product mixed into the washer fluid is Bar's Bugs Windscreen Cleaner. Anybody else had this phenomena occur. Wonder if its a chemical reaction with the Bar's and the residue cleaner put in the car when new.
No sign of a high temperature but maybe a couple of paracetamols and a good night rest might stop further symptoms!! Either that or perhaps the beast is shooting out ectoplasm. Who'm I gonna call........Ghostbusters
Re: WK2 Asian Flu??
This used to be a common problem in windscreen washer bottles. Although, I have not seen it for a few years. Often you have to clean the whole system out. I have heard that some white vinigar left for a few days will dissolve that gunk.
