255/70 or a 265/65 with the proper wheel spacers/wheel backspacing

Looks good. I'm getting some new wheels installed saturday, the guy at discount tire said he's worried about my 245/65's rubbing cause of the 4.5 backspace.... I feel like they are overly concerned and are always worried about changing anything from stock, are they just a little over precautious?

I used to have those and no rubbing at all even with my stock wheels .... They are pretty much one of the last size tires you can put on if you go bigger like mine then they will start rubbing

Yea, But there's guys with proper backspacing on wheels that run 265/70's with no rubbing so that threw me off that he was concerned about rubbing.
