Pet Barrier / Compartment Partition

Anyone buy one of these Travall units recently... they seem to be out of stock everywhere?
2011 5 Door Suv Grand Cherokee Jeep Pet Barrier - from Travall US

Anyone installed the MOPAR unit (Part # 82212304)?

Found this review but thought it would be more useful to ask in the WK2 forum.

I want the travall, but like you said they are out of stock everywhere, my research indicated the following:

MOPAR: basically a permanent install that requires drilling, it requires tools to remove, so if you buy something that requires the seats down, it takes time to remove the MOPAR version. Plus is it works with any floor mat.

Travall: no modification to car to install. Easy to remove without tools, only works with mats that have anchor hooks uncovered, like their mat or a custom Canvasback with the hooks cut out.

I asked Travall on Facebook but no word back yet
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Trava...547490?fref=ts

I also signed up to receive an email notification when they are back in stock.

The MOPAR unit looks nice, but I'm not too keen on ripping the back of my new rig apart to fit it. Think I'll just wait for the Travall.

I have seen a few other pet guards that don't require modifying the car, but the travall are the only ones that use the cargo hooks, the rest just use a vertical tension rod, which seems like my dog could easily find a way around it. Sucks they are out of stock, because I went to try and purchase one last week.

I replied to your Facebook post in agreement, hopefully they will respond soon,

Thanks, appreciate that. They seem slow to respond to their FB wall, but extra traffic might help get their attention.

I have two large GSD's... I know the other temporary barriers will not hold up to their abuse so my options are pretty limited. I'll just have to be patient for now :)

When I get my GC the Trav All is the unit I'm looking to get. I hope they start stocking them again. Other than the Facebook stuff, has anyone tried calling the manufacturer?

I saw their reply on FB, makes me excited, especially because they will test it in a 14 to make sure.

I ordered mine and it arrived from the UK in 3 days. Very nice piece, will post some pics once I actually get around to installing it.

jbradle7, any update? I now have my Jeep and I'm looking for a kennel barrier. Found a kennel from Trixie that would work as well. Let me know how it went in, what your thoughts are and if you have any pics. Thanks.
