Smoke, fumes, MPG after swirl replacement
I had my swirl motor replaced on my '07 WK under warranty just over a week ago, and since I've had it back I have:
First I was thinking that the exhaust intake of the turbo wasn't re-assembled properly and not sealed but that I can't feel/see exhaust coming out of those joints.
Now I'm wondering whether a fuel rail is not connected tight and leaking. Anyone have any suggestions or experiences to share? I'm taking it back to the dealer tomorrow, but as others have noted, my dealer too can barely spell diesel.

I have heard that the intake manifold sometimes gets cracked when re-assembling after a SM replacement. What did the dealer tell you when you took it back in?
