How to clean glass molding
I was wondering if anyone knew how to clean the rubber seal around the windows. I noticed this after cleaning the jeep this weekend. Here is a pic so you can see what I am talking about:

The thing is it looks like mold. Armorall will just just make it shiny and moldy.:D

I'd recommend getting some Meguiar's All Purpose Cleaner for that, it comes by the gallon and you can dilute it 10:1 or 4:1 (I go for 10:1), it's also super cheap.

It's great for cleaning your interior plastics as it leaves a very nice matte finish.

Once you've cleaned the trim, just apply some dressing of your choice to it to recondition the rubber.

something that I found that worked good on those moldings....the ICE wax. But you gotta get them clean first. Any kind of all purpose cleaner should bring that off

its not mold, the dirt just sticks to it really good.

I would clean the surface with a quality degreaser that is totally safe like the P21S Total Auto Wash. You can further restore the surface with the Black WOW Black WOW. It does a great job of restoring the vinyl, rubber and plastic surfaces back to their original color. Let me know if you have any questions.
