Question from a newbie
I have a 2000 Grand Cherokee Laredo. I bought it new and still had to put alot of money into it. There is always something going wrong. I had both front & rear brakes done in Sept but they already feel low and I hear a squealing noise coming from the front when I make left turns. Also Ive noticed during the past months that when I first drive it I hear a noise coming from the passenger side. It almost sounds like pebbles hitting underneath the wheel well and then it goes away after driving it. Could this be related to the heater core at all? My a/c does smell a little when I first put it on but I read that could be due to the evaporator. Any help would be appreciated.
Re: Question from a newbie
Squeeling noise as from a dragging brake? Where the brake sliding pins lubricated when the brake pads where changed? What do you mean with that they feel low? The brake pedal is low or the braking power?
Pebbles hitting underneath the wheel well? Is your jeep haunted:eek:.
What is the problem with the heater core? The smell could be related to the evaporator when fungus has build up, but that smell is quite different from a leaking heater core, if thats what you are referring to.
