It has been fixed :D

Can someone still tell me...
Is there anything wrong with putting a bigger fuse than the original one?
What is the black and purple wire for?

Thanks

Bigger in the amp sense, yes very bad. the number stamped on the fuse is the max current said fuse will allow to pass. using a larger one could damage the device or start a fire.

I don't know anything specifically about LED tails or Halos or whatever. I was just answering in general.

Sounds like crossed wires or something. If you were grounding I'd expect any fuse would keep blowing on you. Hopefully someone has seen this before?
