SRT Strut Bar
Hey guys and girls, I will be getting my strut bar powder coated black today but was wondering, is it okay for me to drive my SRT without the bar for a day or too as long as I don't womp on it?

Re: SRT Strut Bar
This question was also asked on the red site, the short answer is that you are fine for driving around with out the strut bar for a few days.

Re: SRT Strut Bar
The V6 version does not even come with one at all so no need to worry about it.

Re: SRT Strut Bar
I believe just the one fuse box.

Re: SRT Strut Bar
I didn't need to remove the fuse box, but I did relocate (off to the side) that wiring bundle that hooks onto the back of the box. Took a 1/4" deep socket and two extensions to get the torque needed to remove the bolts, but the strut came out with a little finagling and patience.

Thats what I ended up doing also. Just moved it enough to get to the bolts. Luckily I had another strut bar so I just had to swap them out, no driving without one. Here is a show of when I bought the jeep, to now. Doing everything black and red.
