'14 overland headlights

Couple of questions...

On my new overland does it have headlight washers? The little piece below the headlight is there, but I can't make them work? Everything I read is slightly confusing and can't figure out if it does or doesn't have them.

The projector headlights, are they actually HID bulbs? Love them, but just curious.

Thanks!

No washers. You just get the filler piece. Jeep cheaped out on this.

Well shucks... Thanks for the quick reply.

Do the projector headlights have HID bulbs or just halogens?

Headlight washers are only on the Summit model. I thought the same thing when I got my Overland. :(

Wonder if there is a way to add them?

You would probably have to buy the summit headlights somewhere to get it and then get the wiring to control it or connect into the actual wipers. At this point, unknown if possible.

Quite honestly I wouldn't want the headlight washers anyways. To me, they just make the car dirtier by spraying wiper fluid and deflecting it all over your front bumper and then it dries on and leaves water spots.

It's not like the headlights get that dirty anyways. So not really missing out on much.

Can anyone tell me what bulb the hid is then? I would like to look up some bulb options for different colours...
