Plasti-dip

Has anyone sourced plasti-dip in Australia? I saw a couple of websites advertising it for about $35 but they don't offer a mail out. Thinking of doing the writing on my soon to be delivered white Overland. I'm getting the rock rails, mud flaps and tow hooks installed so just a bit of further customisation.

Re: Plasti-dip

I know most Autobahn stores stock it, I grabbed a couple of cans from the store in Doncaster. From memory it was about $30 for a rattle can.

Cheers

Cheers

Not sure how inner west you are, but apparently Auburn Autobahn have it.

I have seen a few posts on JG about it, but never an image of what it does, a quick google says it is a rubberish finish that can be removed at any time without damage.
Sounds right?

I think I have some YouTube videos I need to watch.

Here is the Aus Pasti-Dip site that you can buy from.

Yep....Autobarn sell it now.
This is my front grill with it on.

Will probably take it off soon and paint it Mineral Grey, as well as the rear brow.

Just gives me an excuse to take the new ride for a drive SNUKE :)

That's exactly what it is, basically you don't have to worry about stuffing up the paint.

Thanks Adam, will be heading down there as soon as I have my ride.

it's available at the Home Depot and Lowe's. My son just bought some to paint his emblems on his 325I.

Home Depot and Lowes are a little far out of Sydney, Aus.

Not trying to be a smart ass, but this is the export side of the Forum, and the OP does have their location showing, as do you with Fort Worth.

I think the reason why "foreigners" are hitting these "Aliens" threads is due to the new righthand column showing "recent threads" and the members are clicking the shortcut, which does not imply the location of that thread.
Technology is great.

No doubt, and that said I do know that even in the forums of my own website, I rarely check the thread directory used.
