2012 srt for $80k

By a local dealer. In case any of you are interested. The $80K includes a $15K markup so you're all set to drive this baby off the lot.

I'll just leave it at that :rolleyes::eek::rolleyes: and one more for good measure:rolleyes:

80 thou for a used 12 srt8? Is it supercharged or turbocharged or is the dealer hopped up on party favors? I couldnt even get a NEW 2014 srt8 to be worth 80 thousand on jeep's build and price site.

Is that Canadian or Australian $ ? 'Cause nobody in their right mind would pay that much USD in USA for an (obsolete) 2012.

Not used. That's a new window sticker. It's a leftover, I would assume.

^ Elk Grove Jeep in CA. It is new and a stock SRT8.

I made them an offer of $45K roughly 6 months ago. Dealer said that they would rather keep it on the lot then lose money on it. I said ok and walked off.

At the time they had a 2013 SRT8 and this one. The 2013 is gone. The 2012...still there and now has a markup. Funny thing is that they also have a 2014 SRT8 for roughly $80K as well.

Anyway, was in for an oil change over the weekend and saw the markup. Figured I'd share!

Their website isn't advertising the markups. They Show a $7.2K discount:confused:....

Funny. They just figure if some fool is willing to part with their money - so be it!

Also - I'm sure the Autonation dealers and some of the other players are murdering them in sales. They've got to try and turn a profit someplace.

Lithia in Reno is more than willing to bargain as well. Meh. I hope that Jeep sits there forever. I really dislike when dealers play such games.

You haven't seen anything Yet....

My dealership got it's first four 2014 Models at the end of June.

The got two V6 Summits that they have marked up to 72K (none sold yet)
Oney in Deep Cherry and one in Auburn pearl both have jeep Brown iteriors

They had a 3.6L v6 Brilliant black Overland with indigo and brown interior with ORA package, that was marked up to 68K but sold for 52K. With that added taxes for vehicle import to the US Virgin Islands 52K is not that bad for a Overland

They have a base 3.6L limted in White with the beige interior but I did not even bother paying attention to the mark which I beleive was up to 49K (Unsold)
