Lowering a '12 Grand Cherokee Overland
So here's my dilemma. I've always modified my vehicles. My latest vehicle since becoming a father is a '12 Grand Cherokee Overland RWD w the Hemi. I've only added a CAI and the DiabloSport Trinity.
If it was a 4x4 I wouldn't care about the wheel gap. My wife, is an absolute goddess and an auto enthusiast to boot, but I'm "forbidden" to put Eibachs in.
Question 1: Has anyone put the SRT suspension in or found any other alternatives to improve the handling and the appearance? I plan on spacing my OEM Wheels to reduce the overhang once this is accomplished.
Question 2: For road tires on the 20" Overland Rim, what are people mounting and finding improved road feel and handling?
...I know it's not a sports car.
Thanks in advance, for any and all input.
Re: Lowering a '12 Grand Cherokee Overland
Im in the same boat as you thinking about going with Eibachs and calling it a day. Anybody know how much lower an SRT is compared to a 14 Overland?
