This has been talked about multiple times. And the answer is always yes it will. With a 4" lift your best option would be the Superlift. You can do a search for it, there's a lot of threads on it. The lift usually runs about 1,500-1,600 bucks + install. The Superlift keeps your stock angles with some modification to the front end. You can fit 33"+ tires and the lift has solid reviews.

IF you are looking for something cheaper, the next best option is the OME HD 3" lift (700 from Kolak) stacked using an isolator puck cut down to 1.5" in the rear and a couple of 1/4" strut plates on top in the front. No more than 2 though, they net you about 1/2" of lift a piece. That would net you the highest results without causing front end damage. You don't want to run higher than 23" hub to fender measurements with this lift. Some have had to learn that the hard way...I have it on my 05. I'm using only 1 strut plate and measure 22" in the front with the HEMI and all my armor. You can fit a 33" (285/70r17) tire with some trimming to the pinch welds. I haven't had a problem with this setup in the 8 months it's been on. I love the ride, some say it's a bit harsh, but I love it compared to stock. Since my lift is stacked, I had to trim the rear gas tank skid, install longer sway bar links, and a adjustable rear track bar. All bought from Rusty's offroad. I did not however need to extend my brake lines as of yet. I will need to make some brackets when I decide to switch out my rear shocks for something a tad longer.

Sorry for the long post, hope that helps
