more advice on I-6 problems

I had numerous codes. found vacueum leaks and repaired. changed plugs and found one cracked, two loose ,and one that was burn a little more than the rest. My question is.. Two days after repair all was well. Then engine light comes on and gives me p0303 which i had before and went away.(cylender 3 misfire). What could be causing the misfire and which cylender is number 3??? Thanks for your help!!

Spark Plugs. Check if that spark plugs is cracked again or broken. But if it appears wet inspect the plug wires and boots for damage.

-Check your fuel injectors.

-Check your Coil

I would say you were running rich and ruined one of the plugs. Just replace them all IMO

Is the ignition coil on plug? if so, then swap the coil with the cylinder next to it and see if the misfire changes to the other cylinder...it will help narrow down things
