Tranny Solenoid block in 04 JGC

OK. I got the parts. New solinoid block, shift plate, filters and gasket.
I plan on dropping the pan this weekend on the tranny and doing the block on top of the valve body.

Does anybody know the torque specks on the valve body? I know there is 6 bolts that hold it in...

Thanks!

The screws to hold the solenoid block to the valve body = 50 in.lbs. Fasten the two screws with the small arrows first.
The six valve body bolts = 105 in.lbs.
Also when you change the oval inlet filter, first install the filter neck seal into the oil pump inlet with the help of a butt end of a hammer. Press it in until flush and only THEN install the filter neck into the seal. Installing the seal with it already installed on the filter neck can result in detaching the seal and a pump which is loosing its prime, which finally could result in severe damage (but at least will result in a not functioning transmission).
For which reason are you changing the solenoid block?

Code P0750 and the tranny has went into safe mode a few times.
I cleaned the connector and the problem came back a few days later.

Thanks

Yeh, a new solenoid block should solve that. Have a TorqX bit (25 or 30, not sure) ready for the screw which holds the TRS selector plate in place.
Removal/installation of the valve body should be done in Park. When installing the valve body, make sure that the fork from the selector plate cathes the pin from the shift arm. One of the members broke that pin during installation.
