Question for Frank
Is there any certain fuse associated with the keyless entry system? Both of my fobs quit tonight and if I remember right the drivers door key used to lock all the doors if you turned it one way or the other. That's not working either. It just mechanically locks the drivers door. The power locks work on the inside and I can arm the alarm by locking the doors from the inside before shutting the door. Problem is if I use the key to unlock the door it sets off the alarm. So I'm thinking there's no power there. Didn't get a chance to see if anything else isn't working. Thanks in advance bro.
Re: Question for Frank
The passengers door module has the receiver for the key fob signals, so could be a problem with the passengers door module, or maybe a broken wire in passengers door boot (eventhough wire breaks don't happen that often on that side)
I do not recall my jeep unlocking/locking all doors when using the key cylinder.
Did you already try to keep the keyfob just as close as possible to the passengers door module?
