Front vs. rear door opening and closing smoothness.

My rear doors don't open and close as smoothly as my front doors. Same for everyone else?

I'm assuming that this is because the front doors are much heavier and so it eases past the "catch points" better due to inertia, but I just want to make sure it's not due to some alignment/hinge issue.

All 4 on mine close with the same resistance. On my previous 2012 Overland, those doors required a good pull/push to close.

Try lubricating the hinges.
