2014 lumbar support adjustment
I'm trying to figure out how do you adjust lumbar support? I do have Overland and there is a crazy amount of adjustability there. In my previous car you could just adjust stiffness and that's all. On longer trips my back hurts and I'm thinking that this is due to wrong setting for lumbar.

I know that this is a matter of preferance but is there some rule of thumb to start with? What is Ok for short trip might not be ok for long one.

Not only can you increase and decrease the amount it pushes out, but you can also raise and lower it so it hits the "right spot" on your own back. Best lumbar support I've had in a vehicle ever!

The rule of thumb is "what feels good to you". I leave mine where it is, but if you are more comfortable changing the adjustment from time to time, no problem.

I had same problem so I just set where I thought comfortable and I would get used to it at all times.

Try to make sure your back is straight and not leaning forward.

Also don't rely too much on the upper part of the seat back for support, try to get the support from down lower.

If you have the seat too far back you will drive hunched over.

The trick is to get everything in your body in "Neutral".
