BWoody Sway Links

Here are some pics of the BWoody sway links...I got them in Super High Gloss yellow to match the Bilsteins! HUGE improvement over stock when paired with F/R SRT8 sways!! And the yellow actually matched pretty well...

nice mod probably the best thing to do on a WK or at least the first thing everyone needs to do is upgrade their suspension ...

what kind of improvements did you notice ?

did you have the srt8 sways on before ?

Re: BWoody Sway Links

I was rolling with the rear SRT8 sway for a while...had a little understeer but was fine. Then with tie front SRT8 sway and the BWoody's it has a much more responsive feel in lane changes and swift turns. Def increased my approach speed in turns, and feels much more stable when "pushing" it! With the Bilsteins, it handles like a totally different Jeep.

LMAO Scott...I was like WTF how did I get them on yet not correctly? HAHAHA u got me

Re: BWoody Sway Links

No springs yet...do they make stock replacements that dont raise/lower it but make it a little stiffer?? thats what she said

Those look great; has anybody installed them with the stock WK sway bars to see how much improvement they make ?

Brad...you're just making me want a suspension upgrade. Stop that ;)

Really, though it looks great.

Is this something that can be self-installed with relative ease? What are all of the components (sorry for my ignorance)? From what I gather...you have front/rear SRT8 sways (stock mopar part, I assume--how are these different than stock sways? They look really similar to me), the BWoody attach the sway bars to the frame (is there another brand people use here or is there something special or particular about BWoody sway links? Could one use these with the stock WK sways and what difference would they theoretically make?), and the Bilsteins are the shocks? Again, I apologize for my ignorance...

Re: BWoody Sway Links

No prob bro. The BWoody sway links I bought are for stock WK's. The F/R SRT8 sway bars are the same fitment as the stock WK's, but the front is slightly thicker and more dense, and the rear is a good amount thicker..As are the BW sway links...and they have poly-urethane bushings. The bilsteins are a strut set-up up front and a shock absorber in the rear. I could install the rear shocks, F/R SRT8 sways and the sway links, but you would need to pay someone on the front bilstein struts. That help??
