Towing w/4 wheels on the ground

Anyone know if a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee 6cyl Selectrac can be towed with all wheels on the ground? My 99 Quadratrac is towable in "park" w/the transfer case in "nutral". The Selectrac owners manual says it needs to be flatbedded but?? I want to be able to tow it behind an RV.

Pull front shaft, t-case in neutral, no issues. I may be old school with pulling the driveshaft, but if anything pops out of gear there's nothing to bind.

All WJ's and ZJ's can be flat towed with the trans in park and t-case in neutral. You just can't put one end or the other on a dolly. So either all 4 on the ground or a flatbed. If you ever break down make sure they bring a rollback and not a front lift truck.
