You know I watch F1 and I spotted that immediately. I bet the fia was pissed. Hope new jersey happens for 2014. Looking good, but still not for sure.

A thread about it was posted already, so there is some F1 love here.

I saw it and shook my head.
Charlie ordered them out there, but they sent it from the wrong section. Poor communication basically.

LOL. I missed most of the races this season. In part because it is getting boring and not as exciting as it was few years ago. Vettel is constantly winning and the tire issues this year basically put me off.

Anyone from here attending the COTA F1 race this year?

Cheers,
-A

Even if Vettel is winning easily, the race can still be good, as this one was.

I'm a MotoGP guy, but do like me some open wheelers! Nice find!

Perhaps the best line in the whole article...
"I think it was a Hyundai or Kia SUV," said the German. "You want the number plate? It was not Bernd Maylander's, so it was not the safety car."
Korean officials had made a mistake, but it is not quite as serious an error as it first appeared.
Says a lot about the current styling of the vehicle if it resembles a Korean SUV.

Both are more Euro styling, which is a positive thing for a lot of us.
The latest lot of Kia’s look very nice.

New Jersey looks like it'll be happening. The deadline came to put their deposits and such down and the powers that be did it a couple days beforehand.

As for the Jeep I was confused when I saw it come onto the track, then they said it was a fire truck and I was thinking "really?" I just figured Jeep just got some free press.

I know its on the calendar, but many of the teams are trying to fight the 22 race season. So I'm trying my best not to get my hopes up. Hopefully they get rid of Korea and Mexico. Not new jersey.

Why are we focusing on F1 and not on the...grid girls or Heavens Forbid...the Jeep?

______
I've been a fan since 1990 and have attended every race in US while they came to Indy and 3 times in Canada. Texas is too far and too costly, as I believe will be NJ. if they make available Sunday - only tickets other than General Admission (no seats) as they did in Indy, I will consider going.

I'm sure new jersey will be more expensive than Cota and Canada. Would you drive or fly to new Jersey? Google maps say 13 hours from me, so 12 from u. I'm down for a road trip.
