2014 Windsheld seal issue?
Yesterday as I washed my vehicle I noticed the plastic exterior piece at the bottom of my windshield where the rubber meets the windshield didn't look flush. Right around the center the rubber was off the windshield maybe an eighth or so. I pressed gently on it and it actually snapped into place and now the rubber piece is flush against the windshield. I am guessing the piece is fixed but my concern is I have no idea how long it wasn't flush and would any water from rain/washing cause damage in that area?
I did notice at times when it was cold out having condensation on the lower drivers side outside glass which I didnt notice tonight.
Talked to the service department and they felt he lower cowl not being completely snapped in was not a big issue for water issues and that my pushing it back into place was the same thing they would of done.
