my newest issue - NAV screen goes white

So this weekend I took a drive up to Binghamton and as I was approaching my exit, the screen turned white, the audio prompts were still working...but nothing on the screen. I also noticed that my bluetooth connection was still connected to my phone but an incoming call would not work properly, the call would connect but the audio would not transfer to the uconnect.

I have 13.19.0

Sorry I can't give you any advice on the screen.

with my next oil change.

was just curious if anyone else encountered this awesome easter egg...where the screen goes blank as it is guiding you off of a highway. Also blinding you while doing it as it turns as bright as possible.

i think this needs to be pushed up the line. if your screen is blanking out, my guess is you have a bad unit and need it replaced. You can do the update yourself, its easy and only takes like 20 minutes. then if it still happens, your dealer can talk to chrysler about a new one
