Western CT Service Dealership Recommendations? - Pano Sunroof Rattle!

Does anyone have a good recommendation on a Service dept in Western, CT or Westchester County, NY?

My '12 Overland has the pano-roof issue that needs to be addressed with TSB #23-013-13. I brought the care into Pamby Motors in Ridgefield, CT on 9/18 for the issue and they told me that their wasn't a TSB for this item and that they located the issue and adjusted the roof. A few days later the same rattle was back. When I scheduled the second appointment i asked why the TSB was not completed and the advisor told me that there was no Chrysler issued TSB. After giving him the number he told me he would look into why it wasn't done.

Fast forward 10/15, the car was dropped at 7am for the day and they finally called at 4pm telling me that they verified the issue but the car wouldn't be ready to be picked up until today. So they've had the car for 4 days total for the same issue after me telling them that the TSB existed.

I picked up the car today and they told me that the frame was on order and that once it came in they would need the car for another 2-3 days to install the part. I questioned them on the time and someone behind the counter told me they needed it that long so that they would work it around the schedule. Essentially letting the car sit there instead of getting it all finished in one shot. He also told me that they should not have fixed the issue with the TSB the first time that they try a repair first. Needless to say I told them to cancel the order for the part and that I would take the car to a different dealership.

So anyone have any recommendations service departments in the area?

Thanks.

They had my JGC for a solid week they had it in pieces on day 3. I was patient with them because I wanted it done right, so my guess another dealership will give you the same amount of days to fix it. My dealership provided me a rental during that time so I was ok with waiting.
