Something unusual.

Saw this MY13 Overland in a Bunnings car park today and something unusual caught my eye. Can you spot it?

You may need to zoom in.

Yes, the plates are unusual, but that was only done to protect the innocent!!

Being badged an Overland it would have come with either the Hemi or the CRD, correct? AFAIK the V6 petrol Overland is an option on MY14.

It only has one exhaust outlet.

If the V6 petrol was an option on MY13 then this thread will make no sense whatsoever.....lol.

The super long parking spot?

MY13 did have the 3.6Lt for Overland.

It was driving me nuts as i was comparing it to two pics of a MY13 rear, and with the exception of colour and a tow bar, there was no difference.

GMWK2 10-20-2013 02:09 AM

One for the train spotters eh?

I was stumped and yes, the later my13 were available with the 3.6 petrol.

But a nice diversion on a Sunday afternoon. I was meant to go on a tag along to the Turon River today - cancelled due to the fires. The bikes on tv were a JOKE. Washed my car. And now having a beer before SIL gets here. Her house was damaged by the fires so she and nephew are couch surfing here for a few days.

My brother in law is a fire fighter at penrith so he is on shift tonight. If you have ever thought about making a donation to the salvo or whatever - now is a great time. Oh, and when the state government closes your fire station for budget cuts, just remember its these heros who risk theirs lives to save your sorry arse. They deserve our support - not budget cuts.

Sorry to highjack the thread.....

That would be unusual WATacoRider but alas, I think it is the angle.

No need to apologise GMWK2. They need all the support that they can get - it is a horrendous situation at the moment.

I don't know what we would do without the dedication of the RFS. Hoping your SIL and nephew will be OK.

All is quiet on the Western Front at the moment though. It is really, really still - not a breath of wind at the moment, so hopefully the crews can continue getting those containment lines in.

All the best to you and your family.

Thanks SJandL.

Hope you stay safe there on the southern outskirts too.

Well it was a bit of maddening fun.

I am also on Fire watch, I am 19km from Bilpin, but I strongly doubt it could get to us.
Where I just moved from, 8km up the road, well that was in a possible fire path, so we feel a bit better.
