Rear Entertainment - November Allocation
Can anyone confirm that the Rear Entertainment Package (AEK) will be available to order in the November Allocation? I'm being told by my local dealer that I'm going to have to wait until the December allocation. Any insights would be great! I thought that since they were delivering Durango's with the Rear Entertainment Package that the JGC wouldn't be far behind?

If you are talking about the Rear Entertainment Blu-ray DVD system that has dual screens in the seat headrest area, then I'd like to know the answer as well.

In Germany u can order it as well now since one week.

It looks fine but I am not a fan of this static stuff. U can compare it with the VES in the WK1. In 4 years it's old stuff.

I prefer this stuff:
Perfekt in combination with the USB Charger in the center console!

Looks nice. Love the rear entertainment system in my wife's Acadia. Without it the kids are ridiculous!

It looks nice, but an iPad mounted on each side would be more usable, yes??

I have a '14 Summit and I don't remember what the cost is for the rear viewing package, but for $1000 you can get a couple iPads with mounts that should be able to easily keep up (if not surpass), plus you get the portability option... Built in looks nice, but I just couldn't justify it in my old Merc, BMW or JGC

Has anyone ordered this yet??

I remember looking into it and was a $2k package - I agree with the other poster that you can pick up a few iPads for that price and still pocket some cash.
