Recirculation door actuator
I've done the whole dash out thing to fix the blend doors. While I was there I did the heater core, the evaporator, all the doors and actuators. The last thing before reassembly is the actuator on the recirculation door. I can't get the actuator to line up with the door. I don't want to put this back together only to find something is not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is a 2002 grand cherokee overland

Re: Recirculation door actuator
Is the actuator shaft in the wrong position, or does it just not fit?

Re: Recirculation door actuator
If you just connect the actuator electrically and switch the power on, will it not go into the desired position?

Re: Recirculation door actuator
You need to move the actuator in one way or the other. Is it not possible to only electrically connect this actuator to the AC head unit using the normal wiring?

Re: Recirculation door actuator
Frank, thanks I ran jumpers to the actuator, positioned it, and put the unit back together. Thank you for your help. Rick
