Body molding Summit

Just noticed today my drivers side fender flare on my Summit has started to pull away from the body - anyone have a quick fix, trying to avoid going to the dealer as it is only an inch that has separated. Clearly taped on versus the rear which are clipped.

I would make the dealer fix it

Wait a second, I thought Summit fender flares were built into the fenders/bumpers?

heat it up with a hairdryer...get it pretty warm. Then press firmly and hold till it cools. You can also put some painters tape on it overnight to hold it.

Nope. They are the same ones the SRT uses.

Nope - they appear to be either glued or taped from what I can see.. One would think they would secure them with clips to the body
