paint chip

Ive heard good things about Dr. Color Chip for touching up paint chips. I have 2 small ones on my GC overland I'd like to get rid of. Ive looked at their website, but they don't seem to have the granite crystal color available for order. Anyone have experience with this brand or had them custom make the granite color (PAU is the color code I believe)? Thanks.

I would look up the Langka chip repair kit too. I used it on my 05 Dodge Magnum with phenomenal results

Thanks I did look into it, is it really as easy as they say on the video? If so I'm in....

I tried the Langka stuff back when I had my 2003 Mustang SVT Cobra and it did a crappy job. But YMMV.

I used the Dr. Colorchip kit on my BMW and Mercedes with very good results, but don't expect miracles if you have large chips (the size of a pencil eraser or bigger) or if you're trying to fill a TON of chips on the front of your vehicle.

I wash and wax my vehicles a lot and have noticed that some of the chips need to be re-repaired as the color has either come off altogether or faded significantly. I think the Dr. Colorchip kit is a good option for only a couple spots though.

I used Dr. Color chip for a few small areas. One on my door and a few on the front bumper. For touch up paint the color is a good match and has held up well considering its been over a year since I made the repairs.
