As far as I know the 2014 should have the same suspension set up as the 2011 - 2013 models. There is a few threads around on lowering the pre 2014 models

Re: lowering

I've been thinking about lowering just the rear to even out the stance and eliminate some of the gap in the rear.

Any thoughts on this?

I just picked up a 2015 Altitude, looking to lower as well - not slammed, just a bit lower... I picked up the Jeep for the Nanny to drive my son, and she is short and having trouble getting him in the car seat due to the height...

For your nanny...

I need to get into a different line of work I guess.

Really guys? Glad I joined the forum... My options for my son are for her to drive him in whatever car she has in Chicago's winters, or to lease a Jeep that she'll use during the week when with him, and I'll use on weekends with him... 20k less than MB, BMW, Audi, etc...

Any insight into lowering a 4x4 Altitude?

Sorry mgent, I meant that in jest, did not mean for that to come off rude. Good luck on finding some answers!

Also sorry. Wasn't trying to be rude, I just thought it was funny and was stated so blatantly. I'm jealous I don't have that good of a job, honestly.

And if you use the search function for the forum using some key words, you can find quite a few threads already started about it.

Here's a good one to start with: http://www.jeepgarage.org/f109/lower...eep-68700.html
