Overheat!!!

hey guys, its been a while.
back to the jeep modding

well, its been sometime since i last floored the jeep to the maximum
but this problem has been persisting since a while

whenever i floor the jeep for max, it reaches 180 to 200 kph and the heat indicator escalates within seconds to reaching three quarters close to the H

i tried and checked everything, i checked for leaks, i went and changed two things in the agency in hopes of fixing the problem (1st the radiator hose and the radiator cap)

the engine bay from the passenger side is sprayed with white liquid everywhere.
whenever i clean it, the jeep sprays the same side again and again and i cant seem to locate where is it coming from.

today i went to dyno it, in the hopes of knowing where is it comming from.
and nothing showed up, the jeep went all the way to 260 kph on the 4th gear and not a notch got raised.

my jeep has: borla ataks, bwoody 4 inch tru air cai, jet thermostat 180, diablo, and a custom tune

help?

there's probably just air in the system.

Re: Overheat!!!

some people said that to me, but i got it to someone and he cleared it.
there is no air.

and how wud it explain the splashing?

I don't know what the splashing is but my jet tstat took a dump on me my temp light came on. I changed it out and never had another issue with temperature.

Can you dye your coolant to see if the white liquid is coming from the radiator?

That white liquid all over the place would seriously concern me, whether it is coolant or something else. What does it smell like?

I went to a mishimoto, no problems so far. I'm sure jet is just fine, I probably got the one in a million junk one lol.

it smells something like burnt rubber, but now its okay after changing the thermo.

ill clean my engine bay and will c if it was from the thermostat, but for the mean time i have a theory that at speeds such as 100 mph+ the thermo was not opening so the water coolant had to find a way out from the opening, it is concerning that jeep never did put a gasket for the coolant, so i put a custom one and it seems to be running better than stock, the temps are back to normal and filled the radiator coolant to the normal state and everything was fine :)

thanks,
