Governor Speed limite

How can i remove the givernor speed limit? On my 2014 jeep grand cherokee hemi 5.7l

You have to get a Diablo trinity tuner or similar, but I would highly advise against it. The top speed is limited at that speed becuase that's all the stock tires can handle.

I am afraid to buy it and it may not work how can i be sure that it will work in my car?

I could be wrong but it looks like Diablo is only supporting the 2014 Srt jeep. I'm sure the 5.7 is right around the corner. Maybe some body else can chime in. The support for 2013 5.7 just came out in September of this year.

Why? And on public roads? Dont know too many road courses or Car Clubs that allow SUVs on track.

Why are u directing that at me? I'm not the one who asked the question. I was advising against removing the top speed limiter.

There is a TSB to raise it to 130 mph, but only on export models with Conti tires.

Non-stock tires could easily raise the speed, but I dunno if your vehicle inspections would be able to spot this and fail you for tampering with a safety related device.

Although I love the handling of the GC in aero or sport mode, I'm of the opinion that it will do over 120, but I sure as heck won't--not even on Nevada or Montana back roads.

I am far away from USA i am in the middle east i would love to be able to raise the speed limiter !
Can u tell me more about the TSB ?
