'12 R/T newb intro
 
I'm more of the quiet lurker type but thought I could at least introduce myself. My name is Matthew and I manage an upholstery shop in Knox, TN. Recently added this 2012 Durango R/T to my fleet of other black Dodges. I also have a '97 1500 sport 5.9 4x4 with 4" lift and 34"s as well as an '04 1500 sport Hemi truck, 2wd short bed/ cab with a 5/6" drop. So far this has 20" SRT 10 wheels, Volant cai, Billet Tech catch can, 15% tint and 35% entire windshield. Next will be a good set of brake pads and spring will probably bring a set of Nitto 420's.

Hi Friend! Nice Durango I have an '11 same color and I still have the stock rims coated black. Quick question what size is the tire and does it rub and it looks the tires are kibd of popping out how did u do that? Thanks am a newbie

It's ona stock size tire, 265/50/20 I believe. No driving and the wheels sit a little more flush because of the offset. Thanks

What's an off set? Sorry I apologize for being ignorant am still 22 years old and don't have so much clue on trucks :/

Also what do you think about rear wide tires?

I had wider tires on the rear of my WK1 SRT Jeep. It cuts tire life down since you can't rotate. Also not sure how it will affect using a spare. Wk1 SRT has no spare.
