Adjustable Air Ride

Has anyone tried using the adjustable air ride to lower (or raise) the height on their quadra lift? These look promising and the Mercedes community seems to have a lot of good things to say about them.

I'm not too worried about riding 1"-1.5" lower than stock, but am a little more worried about alignment issues or potentially bottoming out in entry/exit mode.

Awesome price thank you for this I've wanted the ride to be in sport height mode always. Would also like the rear to be a bit lower as well

Interesting accommodation method...I can see the appeal.

I've heard of a few that have tried modifying sensor rod lengths, same thing that kit does. I haven't heard much feedback on the results. I don't think some of the tech information on that site is all that accurate for the WK2. Lower the vehicle much and you'd be hitting those bump stops routinely. Raising it will give you a stiff ride. You are basically adjusting the spring rate, not their length.

Very interesting mod but what about the quality , could they survive in offroad conditions?

Company in Oz makes air suspension Overide modules for Landrover's and mercs. They have a module for the WK2 jeep GC's which will allow height adjustments as well as override speed restrictions in development.

The module for the Jeep should be released in the next month or two.

I just got those links today, I will post up a review later. They feel much sturdier than I was expecting, and they also look sharp! Attachment 43598Attachment 43599Attachment 43600

I got the links installed today and I am pleased overall with the look and the ride post install. I've finally gotten rid of that annoying factory rear rake! The Fenders are just about dead even now if not just a tad bit higher in the front.
Here is pics of the oem vs AAR links, Every Ride Height: Park, Sport/Aero, Normal, OFF Road 1 & 2

Hey thanks :) The ride feels about the same, just a tad more plush/soft in the rear. Before I tried this I pulled the fuse for the air ride to see how it would feel slammed in park. I ended up just dropping the rear I want to keep it as to close stock as possible.
