2014 Grand Cherokee OFF ROAD (video)

Wanted to share this video with my fellow jeep owners. 2014 Grand Cherokee off road test. Damn, I should have gotten 4wd. :(

Driving finesse be damned, apparently. Almost high centered? Just wail on the throttle until something grips!

Pretty impressive 4wdrinving, several times wouldn't of thought he would do what he did. good to see a few angles of one off road.

Makes me want to go 4-wheelin'. Especially with my new Toyo Open Country AT-IIs.

Good to know my 20" wheels/tires can handle the off road!

...and a set of rock rails wouldn't hurt either.

The video created no new impressions of the car. I've taken mine off-road and I was thoroughly impressed with the car from first hand impressions.

However I am impressed with the idiocy of the driver, especially when it comes to going uphill and over crests at an angle. I'd rather be high-centered than rolling over if I absolutely had to go over that elevation.

NEVER drive a hill at an angle as this could cause the vehicle to roll over.

I do not think the Jeep in the video is a Quadra Lift -equipped car. Look at the wheel articulation on mine.

Meh, what do you expect? It was filmed in Russia...

Nice to see the Jeep take on what seems to be like a clueless idiot driving and still come through.

Anybody else laugh at him using the blinker to pull into the ditch?

One thing is for sure. The driver has no clue about off road driving. Notice him smashing the passenger rocker when he high centered in his ditch manuver? Not much of an off road test.
