Secondary Bluetooth Connectivity??
Has anyone tried to use a secondary Bluetooth adapter in their WK's with the uConnect radio and had any issues?
I bought a Bluetooth adapter from Best Buy to hook up into my auxiliary port and use it to stream internet radio from my iPod. It works fine in my house on any device with an AUX port but when I try using it in the truck the only way it can be played at a decent volume or sound is if it's plugged into one of the charging ports.
I know my radio has Bluetooth already but only for phone calls and not for streaming music. I thought maybe there was interference but I cam home and turned on the Bluetooth on a few devices and tried using the adapter and it still worked fine without being plugged in. I'm using an Aluratek AIS01F adapter. Anyone else try this and have any issues or success?
Re: Secondary Bluetooth Connectivity??
Not sure what the issue was but I bought an L shaped adapter and once the Bluetooth receiver was connected to it everything worked fine.
