Cherokee for larger buyers

How have larger buyers fared? Me and my fiancÚ felt it was a tight fit at the auto show and were disappointed. That said the one at the show wasn't powered so we couldn't adjust the seats! I have a Grand Cherokee but she prefers something smaller. The newly designed Nissan Rogue seemed to have more room...

I suspect "larger" buyers may not dig it. Especially if they are tall as well as large.

I am 6'7, used to be 350, now down to 240. I fit fine in the Cherokee, driver and passenger seats(which are VERY comfortable). No problems for me. If I were as "wide" as I used to be, it might have been a problem.

Thanks. We'll check it out before making a decision. I don't know why they wouldn't power one of the three Cherokees they had at the show. Both Grands were powered...

For y'all not find entry/exit a bit tight? I buddy of mine 6'2" 300# nearly got stuck.

My Limited has fully powered driver seat. Passenger side is manual. I'm 6'2 and 240 and very happy with the roominess.

Stuck no but you have to watch your head getting in and out due to the rake of the windshield or you can whack it good. Almost knocked myself out getting into the vehicle in a hurry.

I am 5'11" and 280 lbs. I am very comfortable in my Trailhawk.

I'm 5'6" and 220 lbs. I opted for the fully powered seat to help with comfort. It's WELL worth the extra money. I can drive 6 hours one way and not have my legs fall asleep from pinched back.

Been experimenting with my friends new Limited while waiting for my TrailHawk.
I agree with NHPARTIOT you do need to duck getting in & out. The nice thing is that you can actually step into the vehicle and step out easily.
I'm 6' 3" / 285 lbs. I've found by adjusting the tilt steering up and out as far as it will go along with power seat adjustments it is very comfortable. The lumbar is to die for!!!!:D
