Mopar Complementary Care-Free Maintenance

Hello all,

When I got my 2014 Grand Cherokee, Jeep was giving all new Jeeps the Mopar complementary care free maintenance.

What exactly is covered in the Mopar complementary care free maintenance?
Also how do I go about using it when I go to get my Jeep serviced?

If I remember correctly it is 2 years or 20,000 miles.

Thanks in advance.

Set up your users account at Jeep.com. I got 2 years of free oil changes and it shows up like this:

LUBE, OIL, OIL FILTER PACKAGES

Start Date:2013-04-09
Expiry Date:2015-04-08

Once it shows there, it will be in the dealer's system. All you do is tell them that you have a plan and they will look it up.

Where does it show the free maintenance? I have set up an account on a very recent purchase.

Once logged in, click on the "Maintenance and Care" tab at the top. Then click on the "Mopar Vehicle Protection" tab on the left. It will list any service contracts or Mopar warranties you purchased, or were gifted.

When did this start? We bought ours in January? Is this good on the diesels too?

I do not know when they started it but I bought my Grand Cherokee on December 23rd and I am not sure if it covers the diesel Grand Cherokees.

Thanks, how many oil changes did they give you? I went on "my current plan" and entered the VN, last name and mileage and it showed up.

I got 4 from Jeep, then the dealer I use for service (not where I bought the Jeep) added one. My Jeep has already had more oil changes than my Acura had when I traded it. Every time I have an update done they change the oil.

Can anyone tell me what "SOUTHEAST BUSINESS CENTER 'TARGETED' OPTIONS" means? It's listed under Mopar Vehicle Protection and is good for 2 yrs. I've searched, but can't find much. Thanks

I know it includes oil changes and they also have free road side assistance but i'm not sure what else they offer with it and thats just what they called it.

They are the ones that make promotions available to some people. An example is how some people get mailings with $500 or $1,000 bonus cash coupons.

I have no idea what the exact criteria is, but during the 2014 JGC rollout, it seemed that those who got the bonus cash offers came from a pool of people who requested brochures. But not everybody who requested a brochure was given the offer. That's the "Targeted" part.
