no start

I am working on a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 4.7l engine. Customer states that it was running then just quit. Engine turns over fine but it acts like it is flooded. Plugs are dry other then being black like it was running rich. I have injector pulse and compression is roughly 150psi in each cylinder. No codes are present. Fuel Pressure while cranking is 52psi. Replaced cam and crank sensors.

Welcome to the garage.
Does it give spark? Did you check for the 5v reference voltage signal which is used for the cam, crank, MAP, engine coolant, intake air temperature and TPS? See attached schematic.

It is strange that you have injector pulse, but the plugs are dry. Did you check the valve timing already?
Does the tach move a bit when trying to start?
