Just ordered!

I'm happy to say we've just ordered a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland with the Ecodiesel. Following and reading the threads here convinced me this was the right choice.
So, kudos to you folks.

We have a question though…did anyone here order the leather treatment offered by the dealer(with a warranty)? It's quite overpriced in my mind. Is the warranty of any value? We're in Canada.

Thanks!

Re: Just ordered!

I never ordered any leather treatment. I ordered mine from the Houston GB and they never even mentioned that or anything else to include extended warranty.

Frankly if you condition your seats once in a while you should never need it...
You will love this new ride by the way....

From the 2014 owner's manual:

Your leather upholstery can be best preserved by regular

cleaning with a damp soft cloth. Small particles of dirt

can act as an abrasive and damage the leather upholstery

and should be removed promptly with a damp cloth.

Stubborn soils can be removed easily with a soft cloth

and MOPAR® Total Clean. Care should be taken to avoid

soaking your leather upholstery with any liquid. Please

do not use polishes, oils, cleaning fluids, solvents, detergents,

or ammonia-based cleaners to clean your leather

upholstery. Application of a leather conditioner is not
required to maintain the original condition.

What colors did you order?

Very interesting- thanks!
We ordered the red with black interior. I can't see the black staining too easily.
