Trim Removal/Service Manual
Hey everyone. I have a 2014 Summit. The chrome trim at the bottom of the window on the passenger side rear door is not sitting flush against the vehicle. I've had the dealer replace the trim and it's still not sitting flush. I'd like to take off the trim and look at it myself. Do any of you know the procedure to remove this trim piece? Also, do we have any links to the service manual or a link where I can buy one for the 2014 model year?
You can check out wk2Jeeps for additional info on your Jeep, attached is the link for interior trim removal.
Re: Trim Removal/Service Manual
I've got a very similar issue, but it's the chrome trim at the bottom of the windows just behind the rear doors. Pretty noticeable to me cause it doesn't sit flush and it throws off the lines.
Noticed it at delivery but I'm worried about having the dealer mess with it more and get no results, and/or the typical "fits/works as designed" b.s.
Keep us posted if you find a good solution.
