Anyone had this problem with rear seat belts?

My 2010 grand Cherokee rear passenger side seat belt won't pull out of retracted position. Not sure why this is happening or how to cure problem. Any advice?

After a few hours searching the web, I figured out how to resolve my seat belt issue.

Sorry, forgot to leave answer-Duuuhhhh-ANYWAYS, it locks up because of too fast on rewind, causing it to tighten up on gear. To free the belt, which may take a bit of effort and time, you have to yank the crap out of it until it frees up the tension on the gear, freeing the belt. One short note, it had stuck again, but wasn't a problem that time to free it up. Was just a tug and it released. Good luck, and don't get frustrated if it takes a while. I had to give it a few different attempts. Sometimes you just have to walk away till later...
