Ok, nice vid, thanks for posting, but.... 14.1 for the SRT?
I did 13.3 with my WK1 SRT8 with just CAI, exhaust and mild tune on a non-prepped surface at 1200 feet altitude... so 14.1 is pretty disappointing to say the least...

Stupid comparison, the SRT was always going to win.

Geneva, what air temps are you at in Switzerland? Here in Sydney (where that track is) in March we are still around mid to high 20degs C and 50%-60% humidity, and as well all now know, the SRT hates heat or humidity.

14.1??? Someone fell asleep

SRT felt bad for the Overland so he had pedal pressed only 3/4ths of way down.

I never raced the WK2 around here, as the only local event was cancelled after its 2011 edition. I'm thinking about joining a RWYB at some point in May this year (9hr roundtrip...)
The 13.3 I got in the WK1 was at the end of Summer, my first run of the morning, no more than 20C (68F). Temperatures were higher the rest of the day. This is the best I got in 2 years at that event, 10 runs total.

Judging by the end of the video, I'd say a hot/muggy day there in OZ, so that could be a reason.

ET shouldn't be affected by RT, so falling asleep at the light shouldn't matter.

I assume this was a quarter mile (402m) track....

Scottina06 03-28-2014 06:29 PM

The wk2 srt owner slept through the entire 1/4 mile is what I meant

So what should a standard SRT get on a quarter mile (402m)?

Scottina06 03-28-2014 07:14 PM

What year is it?
