Gone and done it...

Well my wife and friends have said I'm stupid for trading a 2012 GC Overland Summit in for the new 2014.... BUT I'm one happy dummy. The 8spd tranny is SO nice over the 6 spd. Have to say I fought over it in my head a lot, but once I looked at the new one I couldn't get her out of my head. Searched all over and the March month end proved to be a buyers market. Bought an Overland, hemi, tech pack w/ DVD and QDII MSRP $55,170 for $49,170. No incentives, all dealer discount or whatever they made up to make it work. Couldn't be happier, keeping this one around for awhile!

I went from a 2012 V6 Laredo to the Hemi Overland. Happy does not begin to describe how I feel :)

Congrats! Sounds like a cool configuration. What color exterior/interior?

Congrats on the new purchase. You state that the dealer gave you $6000. off the MSRP which is a great deal, considering that their are no factory incentives. I'm curious how much the dealer gave you on the trade compared to what KBB or Edmunds says your trade is worth.

I got $33k for trade, blue book was around $34k, but I needed tires. They had originally told me $30k for trade. My old car was in mint condition. It was a battle, but it was the end of the month and they needed me more than I needed them.

Went with White, black interior to change it up. Had the front windows tinted on day 3, put the Volant CAI back in from the old one and I'm loving it so much more than the '12.
