8 Speed Tranission Shift Speeds

I have an early build 2014 V6 GC and had the first transmission flash done late summer of last year. This version is not perfect with the main issues for me being delayed cold shift points, and hesitance to downshift without more throttle than it should take. The delayed cold shifts are much better once it warms up just a little. I am trying to decide whether to get the current flash (came out in December - rev. C). One thing I like about the early flash is that it gets into top gear around 40 mph when cruising in this range for suburban driving. This keeps mpg's good. For those with the latest flash or recent builds can you still automatically get to 8th gear by around 40 mph? Anyone able to post shift points for all gears at light throttle? I know they will properly move up with increasing throttle, just interested in the minimums. Thanks.

Been dealing with the same issues that you've mentioned. Ours is an early October 2013 build. I got the latest flash done in december (rev. C), my shift points before and after the flash stayed pretty much the same except after the flash, the shift from gear 3 to gear 4 would happen at between 3700-4000 RPM which wasn't normal since other gears would shift between 1000-2000 RPM.

Anyway, since none of the latest flashes helped with my downshifting and upshifting, Chrysler decided to replace the control valve body with a new one. They did that last week and gave the car back to us. Told us to keep driving the next 1000 miles with the ECO off to calibrate the clutch adaptives. So right now I am still in trial period with respect to those 1000 miles. We've put 500 miles on it so far since the new valve body.

Btw the current shift points are doing much better as well. Gear 3 to Gear 4 does NOT happen between 3700-4000 RPM anymore.
