Creaking from front suspension

Ever since the cold weather finally quit, Ive been hearing a creaking noise when i turn my wheel. To me it sounds like metal or rubber rubbing without grease. I cant visually see anything wrong under there, and I really dont know what to even look for. I took a few seconds of video showing the creaking noise, the link is below.

Since it sounds like when you're standing still, it's probably something with the powersteering. Ask someone turn on the steering wheel while you listen in the engine compartment, maybe you can then locate where the sound originates. It could also be something around the steering shaft that is received and rub, fold down the cover under the steering wheel and look there. Otherwise, some part of the front end that is bad and conveys the sound up to the steering wheel, good luck with the troubleshooting.
That's what I can think of!

Hope you find the problem, please share what the problem was when you solved it. I also have a 2005.

So after a couple weeks of the sound getting worse/more frequent, i took it to the dealer for a free diagnosis. I brought up the upper control arms but the mech says that because my suspension is on its way out that it affected my power steering and i "should" replace most steering components for the value price of 1200. He never actually said what was wrong or what needed to be replaced so i guess ill shop around and have someone smarter look at it.

I would not say anything and have them come and tell you what the problem is. i thought you would be doing this work yourself so i said to check those, have someone steer and try to get a visual on where the sound might be. if you assume then they come back and give you that kind of answer "might as well change everything" or "oh yea everythings going bad under there'' make you feel like you were right and then ok the work
