Pano roof rattle

I was just wondering if anyone has had any success fixing a roof glass rattle? I have a rattle at the stationary glass at the rear of it on the drivers side. It sounds like its the glass rattling in the rails that hold it. I had it to the dealer last fall for this and they added some insulation and it seemed to go away, but what I have found is the rattle is temperature sensitive. It only seems to rattle when in the 50 degree range if it's much colder or warmer there is no rattle. It had the rattle shortly after I first got it a year ago then it went away all summer then came back as the weather cooled last fall. It went all winter with no rattle and now that were back with 50 degree weather it is back. I can push on the glass and it stop for a little while but returns. Any suggestions?

Just got mine back from the dealer for this today. They lightened it up a lot by apparently checking the headliner. It is still there a little bit.
They thought they were going to replace the whole frame of the sunroof. (which scared the crap out of me.) I figured it is not that bad I will just deal with it.

Try pushing up on the outside edge of the liner. The clips that "hold" it up comes out and it will cause a rattling noise. Fixed mine and it took 1 min to fix. There is a thread about it on here, that is where I found it.

This one shows you where to push up. Go all the way around. They will click when you push on them.

Thanks... I had checked for TSB's and found none but I see this one just came out. It describes just what I have the exact location and everything. I wonder how much of a chance I would be taking having them replace the glass as the TSB calls for?

I had a bit of a click/snap sound while driving down certain road surfaces. Also did it when I pull out of the driveway. Followed the sunroof alignment procedure Milous provided in symptom #4 in the link. Quiet as a mouse now.

I have an appointment and I am going to take it in with tsb in hand. Hopefully I can get the glass replaced with no issues and get rid of this click or rattle noise for good.
