In the market - new here

Hi everyone --
I'm close to getting my wife a GC LTD for her 40th Birthday. Been shopping around and best I can find here in NJ is $39,100 (MSRP $41380). Found the same one in MD for $37488 BUT, Im getting about $1400 more for my trade-in. Wondering if I can do better. Plus, almost mid year , is there leverage I can use to get a decent price (2015's coming in June, issues reported , etc)
Great site - glad I found it.
My Jeep past includes a 2004 Liberty Renegade which I loved but we traded it in in 2010. I specifically loved the Black paint, I remember it always shined up nicely. I drive a Civic for myself (2014 EXL-NAVI) in Black a and after a year and a half some noticeable scratches on the paint - drives me nuts. Honda doesn't do paint well (but they do reliability well)
Anyway, advice for a newbie would be greatly appreciated. I'll post the pics when I pick it up -- could be tomorrow if Im happy with the final numbers

The "average" is 4% off invoice, the best being 5.5% and 6% (after the $500 fee) from the Texas and DC group buys.

Check here for additional:

I just ordered a Limited 4x4 V6 with the 8.4A ($495) for $36,185 (4% off). Also, the order banks for the 14's have closed, so you either have to find one on the lot, or wait until June to order a 15'.

Thanks for the info. Dumb question but the Invoice price is the base price on the sticker , correct?

Good luck with your limited!

AAA membership gets you 1% under invoice. Visit wk2jeeps.com for invoice pricing. Good luck. (2014 JGC Limited, black/black)

The sticker price is the price on the window sticker, or the msrp. The invoice price isn't listed on the sticker, the invoice is the price the dealership paid for the vehicle, although kick backs can sometimes mean the dealer didn't even pay the invoice price.
