Also, attached is one provided a while ago from the US side of things. I was going to use it to QA my Jeep when it arrives, but I'll probably copy the above and make a merge of both :D

I just checked item 26 on your list, and I've got that problem, the drivers door is all neat and tucked in, but all 3 other windows have the rubber hanging out.... hmmm!

Re: MY14 QA Checklist

I like it :-). Good find.
I'll also do a combination of both. Just got the Commission number from the Dealer.
So now to upgrade membership status tonight.

Re: MY14 QA Checklist

Your 7th checkbox from the bottom - 'Check Sat Nav VR Operation' isn't going to be receiving a tick I'm afraid. It doesn't work in Australia other than the command 'Go Home'.

Willx is following up on this one for us however. Hopefully it will be addressed sooner rather than later. (or maybe never).

You need to add:

1. Check for oil leak
2. Rear drivers side door binding on drivers door when opening.
3. Check for oil leak again.
4. Clamps on air tank for air suspension secured properly.

Re: MY14 QA Checklist

I did read that somewhere, but thought I'd add it into my Aussie Checklist to get see if it works.

Updated PDF Checklist with pics that were included in the US checklist.
Also a couple of extra line items to check and a larger Notes area.
Line item number should match the applicable picture number.

For those that are interested, I have updated to Revision 3.
What I would like to add is more of the items that you did not want the dealer to do as part of the delivery service. I hate Dealer stickers.

Re: MY14 QA Checklist

One Jeep dealer in Perth used to actually stick on dealer badges to the tail gate.

I also gave my dealer (different to the dealer referenced above) instructions not to fit and badges or stickers.

I also told them not to fit the number plates either as I had personal plates and the dealers just drill straight thru them to pick up the the USA holes ( which incidentally is illegal to do that but I have never heard of anyone bring pinned for) or alternatively they just drill new holes straight through into you new pride and joy. I actually ordered adaptor/covers and fitted the plates myself when I took delivery. Maybe pedantic, but there you go.
